Smallreefs' 150g upgrade!

I'm very limited as the tanks overflow is in the center back of the tank and only 2 holes are drilled....

So I am using the previous owners version of the durso....

you could do a herbie and run the return over the top to a sea swirl or drill a hole for a return. if it's worth it to you for the increased flow and silence. was just curious. i find that plumbing really starts to allow one to glean what kind of tank owner you got, haha.

That's deep man, real heavy stuff

The inside of the overflow has no space for another hole...and the top of the overflow box is actually aattend ed to the euro brace...so not much to do there...I'm just going to have to mess with it, there is an airline in the cap of the second pipe so that should help keep it fairly quiet...we will see....

Someone asked if I had a fish list...ummmm

So I have a few fish already in the tank....

Pair of percula clowns,

1 mean tomato clown,

Pair of Lamarcks angels,

Midas Blenny,

Chalk bass,

Cardinalfish,

Jawfish,

Shrimp goby,

Bristletooth tang....

And a

Weird little goby

Plus my 4 crazy peppermint shrimp, 3 big emerald crabs, a bunch of hermits and other misc snails..of course, lol

So what I want to add is a yellow belly tang, desarjini tang or sohal tang (depends on how small of one I can find),

A foxface....

Possibly a trio of female anthias with one male or flasher/fairy wrasse pair?

A trio of firefish? Or zebra barred dartfish...

Possibly add to my lonesome cardinal fish to have a trio...

And a mystery wrasse...

I think that's it,lol other than I'd LOVE to have a crosshatch trigger but can't make myself spend that kind of money when I now il be moving in 4 years back across the country, lol

Lol... No I think my husband may have traded the 50g for a reloader and a whole bunch of rounds...we'll have to see if that trade comes to fruition....

I had a foxface in my last 150g...though that was a fowlr...I always liked him...especially since I can't have any of my triggers, lol

See him in the middle...he was cool...till he got swallowed by my gulf toadfish, whom choked to death or died from the poisonous spines..and the foxface died also...ugh...that was a bad day...had him for almost 4 years...started in a 35g up to the 150...him with all the triggers...

And tomorrow the points will be tallied and to see where they stand then..well they won't be standing, their feet are killing them...
