collegeman October 30, 2012 October 30, 2012 A couple of weeks ago I purchased Alieu07's 180 gallon rr tank. I decided that it was time to get my dream tank and that my fish needed more space. I wanted something that wasn't too small and something that wasn't too large. The 180 was the perfect size especially for my fish. I like to keep my setup simple so I do not spend much time on maintenance. I have a 40 breeder as a sump with a skimmer, Mag 9.5 return pump, and a brs gfo reactor. I do a 10% water change every two weeks and clean the filter sock every 3 days. I have a few pictures of the fish below. The tank is currently in hypo so please excuse the algae.
collegeman October 30, 2012 Author October 30, 2012 Thanks. I had to move fast because of the things I had planned in the future. I was lucky everything worked out fine.
trockafella October 30, 2012 October 30, 2012 Looks good. Very nice selection of fish. Good to see some different fish ..
collegeman January 18, 2013 Author January 18, 2013 (edited) Here are some updated pictures of my 180 FOWLR. Please excuse the algae that is growing over the back wall. I believe it is from a combination of my bulbs being old, too many feedings, and Hypo that I performed a few months ago. Edited January 18, 2013 by collegeman

collegeman January 18, 2013 Author January 18, 2013 GORGEOUS Maroon and blue jaw trigger pair!! like the anthias too, great splash of color!! Thanks, the triggers haven't quite paired up yet. Hopefully, they will do it soon. Looks awesome man! love the fish selection. How large are those triggers? Thanks, I plan on adding 1 or 2 more small fish. I am thinking of a wrasse pair. The male trigger is maybe 5in and the female is around 3in. wow, do they all get along? They all get along. There’s no aggression between any of the fish.
collegeman January 19, 2013 Author January 19, 2013 Very nice job on the tank. So you have two eels? Yes, one is a golden dwarf moray and the other is a skeletor moray. The golden dwarf lost most of its color during hypo. Its starting to come back slowly.
Incredible Corals January 19, 2013 January 19, 2013 Sweet! I bet those fish love all that room! Oh and that foxface is magnificent
collegeman February 11, 2013 Author February 11, 2013 (edited) I decided to make two videos of the tank with my phone. The quality of the videos are not great. http://s1231.photobu...zpsb8f13d47.mp4 http://s1231.photobu...zps699d7827.mp4 Edited February 11, 2013 by collegeman
