zygote2k August 30, 2011 August 30, 2011 Got a rescue Elegance that had been attacked by Angelfish. It was only in the tank about a week and now it has been eaten down about a 1/2" all around. It doesn't show any signs of brown jelly, but I'm kinda concerned because of all the other corals in the tank. Should I throw in the woods for the squirrels or is it worth rescuing? If you think it's worth rescuing, you can have it.
Chad August 30, 2011 August 30, 2011 I would probably hang onto it just to see if I could get it to pull through... but the reality of it is I have never seen an elegance recover once it begins to ail.
flowerseller August 31, 2011 August 31, 2011 I think it's worth keeping it. I'd do it. Call me Wednesday to see if we can meet up.
dbartco August 31, 2011 August 31, 2011 I'm with Chad. Keep us updated, I would love to see one that is recovered.
zygote2k September 2, 2011 Author September 2, 2011 It's now part of the Great North Reston Reef in the woods. Jellified in 2 days.
