Is this possible to add the kalk. using the tank water instead of fresh make up water? This way I can add more kalk to raise the Ph.

Nope!

But you can add a fan over the sump or tank to increase evaporation so that you can add more RO/DI.

I have two fans over the tank and a huge fan over my sump so I can add as much Kalk as I want.

You shouldn't. Running tank water through a kalk reactor will ultimately remove all of your magnesium (because it will form insoluble magnesium hydroxide in your reactor).

If you really feel you need to be putting that much additional kalk into your system, you could use a feed timer and allow measured portions of powder to drop into the sump where it will be mixed into solution. It might cause slight temporary cloudiness but it can work well.

This is similar to the slurry dump method but not quite as harsh or as unregulated. A properly calibrated pH probe is a must and this is not for first time or noob users.

I'd be looking for the root of the problem before trying to mask it with very likely unnecessary additional kalk.
