I really don't know the model. It is a single chamber with an Eheim pump. You can put two Ph probs on top of the chamler lid. The chamber holds one gallon media. I made a second chamber using a 8" PVC pipe that go with it.

I do not have a holding tank. The auto shutoff valve seems to work fine when I tested it manually. I think it is the low pressure side can't buildup enough pressue without a check valve.
