I think you're right. I think it's considered an albino.

There is also a fresh water species, the pink Amazon River dolphin, Inia geoffrensis, found in the Amazon basin. They are considered albino.

Technically / biologically, yes, since it's an albino. However, in more common terms - it's pink and pink's a color.

Nice article. I had an albino dog as a child and when I lived in Louisiana I used to go over to Tyler, Texas and they had an albino gator living in the zoo.
