I use a 1G Hawaiian Punch bottle, cut the neck of the bottle, inverted the neck inside the bottle, secured it with zip ties and put their favorite food inside. Within 15 minutes I had every fish in my tank inside the trap and they couldn't really get out. Raf

The RC Links I posted in there some where in those threads I saw a walkthrough and information on how to set them up, there were a couple of people having the same problems. James don't go to HD, go to any aquarium store and use aquarium safe silicone, Petco I believe have it on the shelf. If I were you I would reseal the aquarium over the existing silicone, I wouldn't strip the old one as you will compromise the integrity of the tank and if it's so much trouble I would sugest just going any LFS and ordering a new tank I thin it would run you between 45-65 and you will save all the headaches. I know Bob (yb) darn good friend of mine and great person am sure he wouldn't mind redrilling a new tank to see you go on the right track. If I were local to you I would stop by and look at your tank to help you come with a good solution but I'm MD. Raf

Takes 3 years at the longest for the Ammonia Spike (diapers) to get through the system, you should Nitrite Spike until the 12th year, Nitrates until the 18th year (teens), the most importatnt part of this particualr reef you need to dose calcium from day 1 of the ammonia spike until the end of the nitrate spike. After the 18th year usually the cycle ends and you can begin to stop working hard since the will pretty much become and established reef. I don't claim to know it all because I have 2 Nitrite stage of the cycle, but older reefers with established tanks swear by that.

Welcome to the T5 Club Phil You won't be disaapointed, I have been in the T5 bandwagon for about 2 years and NO COMPLAINS on my part.

I was going to suggest that earlier, there are some folks on RC that have moded their PS75 and PS160 and they are more than happy with their results.
