  1. That's good news - has anybody else grabbed some?

  3. It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish in this hobby, but if you are try for "easy" to see if you like it then I would suggest a 20 or 29 gal with 1 or 2 HOB filters and a cheap HOB skimmer. You get get all that stuff sued on WAMAS. You need to cycle the tank so you have time to get the stuff you want. Add some live rock and sand to base rock and sand to taste. A few of the LFS will sell pre-mixed saltwater for $1.50/gal or so - Not bad to start You can also get some free "crap" corals like kenya trees and xenia and GSP if you want to a nice little Compact florescent light might be great as well enjoy
  4. Given the conditions that you stated I would acclimate and add to display. IMHO there is a small and acceptable risk involved. Good luck.
  5. There was a guy who had a very rough idea of bar codes - little more than a conce3pt, and he was able to extort $$ from many businesses that found it cheaper to pay him than fight the case Here is an interesting read Linky
  6. Crap! Just plan on coming back stronger.
  7. Well the video quality was very good, but the CBS wasn't much of a contender. Hardly a "War", but I might feel differently if I had a CBS in my tank at some point and he misbehaved. Kinda like a large Domino Damsel that I had if suggestions are taken
  8. I feed every other day. It is very hard to underfeed a tank
  9. Great to know you are still "out there" poised for a return

  11. The one thing I would do if I were starting over is to bond many of the rock pieces together rather than pile them on top of each other - no better time then now
  12. Millet Seed Butterfly That Fish Place Starting at: $39.99 The Millet Seed Butterfly is a small species with faint beaded stripes running vertically down its body. They naturally eat corals and polyps and should not be kept in a reef tank.
  13. To me, reading thru your dedicated tank thread tells a different story than what you claim in this thread.
  14. If you used your credit card as funding your best bet is to file a claim thru them.
