Unfortunately, I don't think it was. Ricos Reeftank is the youtuber that puts on several live streams a week. They usually discuss different topics.

Not speaking from first hand knowledge, but was watching a live stream the other day where this same process was mentioned. They were having the same results as you. Seems this is the way to go to get them to encrust faster. I will be trying this out with the next frag I get.

Thank you. Currently have the SB Reeflights sprite nano on there. The corals seem to like it.

Nice update. Just getting back into the hobby have to agree about that kessil shimmer. Was running MH in the early 2000's and these kessils really give off a good comparable shimmer. Makes me want to replace my AI Hydras on my Red Sea Build.

I'll have to try that and see if I have any babies yet.

Thank you for choosing my photo. When I first saw it I thought it was just some sand that I might of kicked up when I was feeding the tank. When I took a closer look I realized it was the mysis I had been feeding. I figured I should snap a pic. This guy was sure hungry.

Still waiting on mine to reproduce but than again they've only been in my tank for less than 2 months. I'll be sure to post pics whenever they reproduce.

It sure is. I have another chalice Golden Eye that is growing at a much slower pace than this guy. I think I'm going to let it grow out a bit more before I start chopping it up. lol Me neither but than again this is my first time with a chalices.
