  1. Haha....yeah it doesn't take long for that to kick in. Mine will be up for sale in the coming weeks.
  2. Yep...ERC has done it again! I picked up a couple frags from the recent "show stopper frag sale" along with a fugia from a recent auction, and a few other frags. These guys out do themselves every single time! As with everything else, the frags are always much more than what you expect to get! They post some of the most accurate pictures I have seen, yet I'm still impressed every time I pick something up! We will all be hearing great reviews about them for many years to come! Thank you guys for everything you do for all of us!
  3. I have a purple nurple monti I could frag for you. It's been growing really fast for me.
  4. Thank you sir! The one I got from you (last picture) looks so good when it's opened up. The yellow color of the tentacles like awesome. Also...The picture below the scoly rock is a frag I got from you. Can you refresh my memory what that is? It has really taken off lately!
  5. +1 I have green birdsnest and birds of paradise. I have a good size chunk of the green you can have for free if you're ever out this way. Can get you a frag of birds of paradise also.
  6. I think this build is pretty much finished up now since work on the 120g upgrade is finally moving along. I'll start an actual detailed build thread for that soon. In the meantime, I might as well share some recent pictures.
  7. The birdsnest are pretty easy and hardy. I started with a tort and have had really good luck with it. The more polyps on a frag the better the chances are for success.
  8. Fish look great! Good to know. Thanks for the info sir!
  9. +1...very silly sir! Frags I and R are doing great for me! The size and quality of these frags is unbelievable for this price. Bad picture of I. Will post some real pictures this weekend.
  10. I'm off of Haodly rd and can help if you still need it
  11. Thank you! That seems to be one of the more sensitive pieces I have as far as the color goes. It tends to be my phosphate tester....9 out of 10 times, when it starts losing color phosphates are way high. The wrasse is a christmas wrasse. It has so much personality and is so fun to watch. I will try to get a good pic of the scoly...it looks so much better in person. First dibs to you if I ever decide to get rid of it. Thanks again for the kind words sir!
  12. Thank you sir! I'm really happy with the way things are going, and everything seems do be doing really well! I'm not quite ready to call it great just yet, but I will call it really good! If I can get the phosphates under control I'll be closer to saying it's great. Richard and I were talking last night and like you, I'm thinking of going the GFO route and seeing what happens. Thanks for checking it out and for the positive feedback sir! I will hopefully have a few more updates coming soon. Like you, I'm just starting a 120 upgrade. That will be a new much more detailed build thread unlike this one of just mainly pictures. Thanks again for checking it out and good luck with your build! I'll be following along.
  13. Finally getting closer to getting the 120g set up. Big thanks to Richard (ERC) for coming by last night and helping me get one step closer on that. While he was here we cut some frags from a few of my bigger acro and zoa colonies. I set up a small frag tank a little bit ago so we'll see how they turn out. In the meantime, here's a few recent pictures. Scoly I picked up from Isaac recently. This picture does it no good. The colors on it when its all opened are so nice! Scoly from Marco from the last ERC live-sale, again the picture does this no good. The darker spots on it are actually a really bright blue.
  14. I couldn't agree more! My vortechs did the exact opposite and went up to almost full power when the beta testing started. I ended up disconnecting them from ecosmart and just use it for my lights again.
  15. Thanks for checking it out and following along sir! I'm off work this week so hopefully I'll have some good updates to share in the next couple days.
  16. I remember some of your posts about that and have been keeping an eye on it. I've had to move my powerheads around a bit and play with the settings to find that happy medium. With two MP40's on a 75 I have a crazy amount of flow. With the recent additions, I've actually turned one of them off and turned the other one up a good bit, and watched closely for a while, and so far everything seems pretty happy. SPS seem to be much happier now also. Must have found that sweet spot as far as flow goes. Definitely need to keep an eye on it for a while still though.
  17. Thank you sir! Need to get a good pic of the scoly I picked up from you. The color on it when its all opened up is so nice!
  18. Finally starting to get the camera figured out. A few recent additions from ERC and their live sale.
  19. Awesome! I've been wanting to try this food out. Perfect timing. Thank you ERC!!
  20. My first experience with ERC was only a month or so ago. I ended up winning an auction and decided to pick it up rather than have it shipped, so I could check things out. WOW....there's a reason for all the talk. I was beyond impressed with with my entire experience. The livestock is amazing and Richard was very helpful and personable. I have made a few other purchases since then and have been very happy every time. I have bought a few acros from Marco as well and had the same experience with him. Richard has gone out of his way several times to send me pictures of things he knows I'm interested in and always makes himself available when i want to stop by. Marco is the same way and is always doing anything he can to help others! The one coral I've wanted since i started was Red Dragon, I mentioned that to Richard and later that day I had a message from Marco offering to help me get that. I picked up the acros from Marco from the live sale and also got the red dragon. We had agreed on a size and price of the frag and when I got it home it was way much larger than I was expecting and way more than I would have gotten anywhere else. There was also freebie frags both times I've bought acros. I'm not talking a little tip of a branch that broke of either. Very nice sized healthy encrusting frags! If you've seen the pictures of things they post but have yet been to check them out, do yourself a favor and plan a visit. The pictures they post are extremely accurate and still manage to exceed my expectations! From the awesome auctions that Richard puts up, to the amazing acro colonies Marco offers, to all the group buys offered, and the live sales that are like no others..Richard and Marco are top notch!!! Just talking to them you get the sense of pride that they put into everything they do! Thank you ERC for offering nothing but the highest quality livestock possible to us, and thank you Richard and Marco for always willing to help out!!
  21. Big thanks to ERC for bringing such great quality pieces at some really awesome prices!! Thanks guys!
