went and saw this tank last night.. WOW nice work dave, can't wait to see it once it has had some time to grow. Also thanks for the frags!

having seen this tank in person I can say the pictures do not do it justice

I don't know about doubled but they seem to be doing well... I got a frag of red palys from stevem this week which still havn't opened up :/ not sure what the deal is.

Yeah they still havn't touched it, I tried not feeding for a few days and got them close to it but still have showed no interest... I don't know why but none of my fish ever go on the left side of my tank... all 4 of them stay on the right... no idea why, is it possible they don't like the high flow from my return? I'm thinking about splitting my return into two over the edge returns to reduce the intensity and to even out the flow more.

I have two rocks in my tank from the bahamas when I went on my cruise... for some reason when I look at it I feel drunk..

no one on here will say that you can't have a VERY nice tank with 30 gallons... you can check out my thread to see what I did with my little 20 gal and my tank is still very young. You can do that and then some with an extra 10 gallons. I would say get your 30 set up the way you want it and when you need to upgrade for space do it then. For water make sure you put where you live in your info because you may be able to find someone to "mooch' off of for a while. I've given RO/DI water away several times free of charge and there may be someone in the area willing to do the same for you.

yeah I like brain corals I may have to pick one up eventually, as for the frag rack it was VERY easy to make its just super glued together nothing special and obviously not my own idea. If you want one let me know cause I have a ton of egg crate at my house

Updated Photos... a little bit has change and I built myself a little frag rack toadstool purple lta palys golden midas blenny in hiding new 4 stripe frag rack most from doug at the social, Thanks again! swap frag and apple chalace from yauger some zoas Having some issues with nasty brown algae... any thoughts on what to do about it? Told someone I'd upload another sump shot
