Just saw these and wish I had known.

 

Instead of buying Home Depot buckets like I did. Firehouse Subs has 5 gallon "pickle buckets" (so you know they're food grade) that include a lid AND benefit a charity for only $2.

I don't have a firehouse subs near me. I wish I did, that's a steal, and beats the $5 HD ones. Not like I need another bucket in my life. I also use plastic buckets for fermentation, can drill the top for a gasket and an airlock!

Good deal is anyone using them? I do a lot of work for firehouse what wondering in the pickles had any affect
