malacoda April 28, 2017 April 28, 2017 (edited) If you're concerned about it sagging -- and with that much weight it may unless the container is wide enough so that its rim is right above the legs versus supported solely by the plywood top, you could also just use a good wood glue to add another layer of plywood on top so it's double-thick. Good eye , its bam bam zoas that I need to remove from the barnacle My angel is nipping either the zoas or the algae around them so they were unhappy .. moved them there till I can frag off the zoas and move barnacle up for fish to sleep/hide in Tank is going to be primarily SPS and maybe some LPS .. Fishie May 21, 2017 Author May 21, 2017 Moved most of my coral (sps only) over , tried to shrink down as much as i could Tank is young so will see how they do, I am starting to see coralline algae get on the rocks ... Few sps have been here now a week plus , the colonies only a day I am see PE so that should be a good sign Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Alternatively, you should just setup another tank! Moved most of my coral (sps only) over , tried to shrink down as much as i could Tank is young so will see how they do, I am starting to see coralline algae get on the rocks ... Few sps have been here now a week plus , the colonies only a day I am see PE so that should be a good sign As long as your consistent, you should be fine. Crazy you're seeing coraline already. I bet this is relaxing. Do you find yourself spending more time on the couch?

How is the goldflake behaving? thanks! it eats out of hands ...at peace with the purple tang too it's a model citizen with SPS i did have some bam bam zoas that it nipped at, never ate them...i don't plan on zoas so doesnt matter. Fishie August 5, 2017 Author August 5, 2017 so i go on a week's vacation , come back clean out the algae on glass & my flame wrasse turned male...so have 2 females and 1 cool dude.
