Can someone please explain to me how bounce mushrooms got all hyped up?

 

 

Cause they got cool little bubble thingies on them. This one is only $1200

Lol. Yea but wasn't there a time when they sold for $10 each? Then I wake up next day and they are $600? I wonder how the demand went up on them so much

One person paid a crazy price because something was labeled as one of a kind and then everyone else boosts their prices taking advantage of the opportunity. Even wholesalers notice when this happens.

 

Here is one of ours. It's mainly green but even these I have seen go for $250 when sold.

I've "created" a green bounce mushroom by taking a green frilly Rhodactis and irritating it with another coral. It made the vesicles turn bulbous and stayed that way.

Apparently those that bought them a few years back and paid mucho bucks, fragged them, grew them out and made a killing.

There is always a hot new coral.  It was chalices,, then acans,,, and so on and on.  Eventually those bounces will cost $30 and no one will want them.
