ReefAddict February 9, 2017 February 9, 2017 No idea, wish I had some to sell. I've seen them on here for $425ish.
sen5241b February 9, 2017 Author February 9, 2017 (edited) Can someone please explain to me how bounce mushrooms got all hyped up? Cause they got cool little bubble thingies on them. This one is only $1200 Edited February 9, 2017 by sen5241b
gmerek2 February 9, 2017 February 9, 2017 Lol. Yea but wasn't there a time when they sold for $10 each? Then I wake up next day and they are $600? I wonder how the demand went up on them so much Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
GraffitiSpotCorals February 9, 2017 February 9, 2017 One person paid a crazy price because something was labeled as one of a kind and then everyone else boosts their prices taking advantage of the opportunity. Even wholesalers notice when this happens. Here is one of ours. It's mainly green but even these I have seen go for $250 when sold. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

gmerek2 February 10, 2017 February 10, 2017 It is a neat coral. This explains it a little. Sounds like someone figured out they were different and slowly gained appreciation for it. They propagate slowly and it sounds like there are supply issues https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ABEylgC8bAs
zygote2k February 11, 2017 February 11, 2017 I've "created" a green bounce mushroom by taking a green frilly Rhodactis and irritating it with another coral. It made the vesicles turn bulbous and stayed that way.
GraffitiSpotCorals February 11, 2017 February 11, 2017 Yes we have a few mushrooms that could pass for bounce shrooms and they are each a different kind of mushroom.
sen5241b February 11, 2017 Author February 11, 2017 Apparently those that bought them a few years back and paid mucho bucks, fragged them, grew them out and made a killing.
Keraxis February 13, 2017 February 13, 2017 There is always a hot new coral. It was chalices,, then acans,,, and so on and on. Eventually those bounces will cost $30 and no one will want them.
