zygote2k February 1, 2014 Share February 1, 2014 what ocean did your frag come from? start there and search for Macro endemic to that area and you'll probably figure it out. It looks like one of those Caribbean types but the name escapes me. Better protect it from the herbivores.
Origami February 1, 2014 Share February 1, 2014 Whatever it is, it's cool looking. Is the center white, hollow, or clear? Sent from my LG-V510 using Tapatalk
kjamaya February 1, 2014 Author Share February 1, 2014 The center is white. The frag came from my main tank. I cut a piece of a tyree flowerpetal and strawberry field and glued them together on a dry square. When I was observing the growth pattern I saw this little flower. AlanM February 3, 2014 Share February 3, 2014 I found it: http://wamas.org/forums/topic/56364-wades-new-180-to-be-sps-dominated-tank/page-3?do=findComment&comment=516624 If it's acetabularia you might want to get rid of it. It sounds like he had a tough time getting it out once it was established.
