brad908 August 3, 2013 Author Share August 3, 2013 Do u have a pic of the other side of your lights? Still haven't hung it. Anyone with experience in ceiling hanging available tomorrow? Those are really nice looking, and it seems like they will look great in your open water tank. Did they go right in the tank or into quarantine? Unfortunely I have no room for a quarantine tank. AlanM August 3, 2013 Share August 3, 2013 That light looks really nice. Dave does great work. I assume the single ones between the square grids are moonlights? The square grid reminds me of the Pacific Sun Hyperion lights. I think Dave offers frosted acrylic or something like the Pacific Sun ones. Did you get that option or are you going to leave them clear?
brad908 August 3, 2013 Author Share August 3, 2013 I believe it is the moonlight, I totally forget the layout. He didn't say anything about clear vs frosted. The one Bartlett died, all other fish are doing great. That sucks.
Boomer August 3, 2013 Share August 3, 2013 I know it's already been said, but love the simplicity of your tanks. I feel the need to go remove rock from my tank every time I see a picture of one of your tanks. Really good work.
brad908 August 3, 2013 Author Share August 3, 2013 Thanks, boomer. About to rip it down after seeing this Wish I would have gone with a smaller overflow box.
AlanM August 3, 2013 Share August 3, 2013 One of these is in your future after ditching the ugly black teeth on top and adding clear PVC drain and return. http://www.adana.co.jp/en/products/na_tank/cube_garden_overflow/
brad908 August 3, 2013 Author Share August 3, 2013 One of these is in your future after ditching the ugly black teeth on top and adding clear PVC drain and return. http://www.adana.co.jp/en/products/na_tank/cube_garden_overflow/ It's a good concept, but it would be a @$%#& to keep both sides of the glass clean, and clear piping would be covered in algae quickly.
