We had 15 of these come in, and one of our clients has not come in for theirs, sooo as far as I'm concerned they are available!

These are VERY rare therefore pricey! I have 2 females 1 male and 1, in between available.

Please do your research before PMing "How Much"

there are lots of pictures on the web, ours look just like them.

How about a 1 cent auction on these fish?

and this is the guy who was ROFLMAO at someone saying I was the lowballer....

sorry to clutter your thread with useless drivel, but I couldn't resist.

I hope whomever is lucky enough to acquire fish of these caliber knows how to take care of them.

Vents are very nice. Someone can earn their expert patch.

Where are they from? Marshall Island or Hawaii?

Edited by ridetheducati

Once again, I really, really wish I was closer.

They look nice, John!

Are they harder to keep than most anthias?

Not necessarily harder, just from an environment that doesn't match the typical reefkeeper's setup. In general, found in deeper water that is colder and more oxygenated then other fish we keep. Usually the recommendation for long term care is temps not to exeed 76 with 70-73 better. They are also not the most robust eaters initially and not as aggressive at feeding time as others (like easier species such as lyretail or bartlett's).

They are Marshalls and beautiful!

Wow if they look anything like the google images I just looked up, they are beautiful. I hope they go to a nice seasoned veterans tank soon.

Are these guys eating John?

they were.....all gone now sorry

of course.....lol

what were they eating?...

mysis, if you are interested in rare pricey fish let me know we get several different ones in all the time, most of them dont stay in the store long enough to be seen by others. We have a list of locals that we send prepictures to, and accept prepayment to reserve your fish.

john

Thanks John, I can get them too but i don't mind paying a little more for ones that eat ;)

I wasnt just talking about ventrallis, we get crazy stuff all the time.....you may see some rare one come in this week that we are working on.
