Jan October 21, 2012 October 21, 2012 (edited) This has to have been the best meet I've been to yet. Matt was a fabulous speaker. He had my attention from the moment he started until he walked away. Great topic. I learned so much from him. I spoke with him after the meeting too. What an absoulte pleasure. Thank you WAMAS for having Matt Wandell as a speaker As always it was great to see everyone and meet folks I've seen but not met before. Jan Edited October 21, 2012 by Jan

Chad October 21, 2012 October 21, 2012 Sadly, I was a little late getting in and only saw the last half or so. But what I saw was really great. Thanks, Matt, great job!!
jimlin October 22, 2012 October 22, 2012 thank you matt. although we had to leave early, you had the attention of my young daughter from the start and wished we could have stayed longer.
Steve175 October 22, 2012 October 22, 2012 Proof in point: I offered my 7 year old the iphone twice during the lecture and he pushed it away: the ultimate compliment! However, it would seem that I will not be able to avoid garden eels in my near future. Awesome speaker, awesome meeting/thanks for organizing.
MBVette October 22, 2012 October 22, 2012 One of these times I won't have plans and will be able to make it.
swffan October 22, 2012 October 22, 2012 Does anyone ever record these speakers? It would be awesome for some people that can't make the meetings/events.

Jan October 22, 2012 Author October 22, 2012 (edited) Hey, why not video tape the speakers? You'd still need some incentive for folks to actually go to the meetings. Charge a couple of bucks for renting the video? Make a library?Would you need the speakers consent? Edited October 22, 2012 by Jan

Charge a couple of bucks for renting the video? Make a library?Would you need the speakers consent? we've done this in the past. yes you need their permission, some allow some don't, especially on public forums. need to set permissions. space and content management are a whole other beast. Some crack web-savy people are needed as webmaster anyway. Please apply if someone out there has interest,.
