I had a good time at the social but this was also my first time to the store so I wanted to post up my vendor experience.

I feel like I should address the issue that is bound to be brought up, "But Sean, you're both studly guys who share a common name, that obviously influences your opinion", and I must say to you, my fellow reefers that I have not allowed that to skew my opinions.

The staff at TAC were fantastic, they humored my silly questions, and were very knowledgeable.

The selection was fantastic, the tanks were spotless clean (think of TAC as the ying and Roozen's as the yang), and the store as a whole was clean.

Anyone who was at the Social was capable of seeing how packed the store was and you guys had Sean running around for all sorts of things. But he was still able to answer a number of questions I had for him (which were not related to making any kind of sale) and he offered me a lot of fantastic advice for me new tank. That ladies and gentlemen, is a well oiled machine.

It's a little bit of a trip, but I will most definitely be back at TAC.

Also, side note, Sean's clam tank was amazing.

I agree! It was amazing to see them remain calm and cool with people pulling them in all directions. They really had their act together (as always)!

Very true. The staff was friendly and helpful, as always. I've never had a bad experience there and honestly, they're going to get more of my business now.

But with the big crowds, it was pretty hard to figure out who was a staff member at first so that I would know where to get in line.

I therefore recommend that AquaCo employees wear distinguishing hats during socials, preferably the one below.

^ agreed. It was tough to distinguish staff, and the hat would certainly help! :-)

As for the store review, the only complaint I could dream up would be the lack of space. The store just needs a few extra SqFt. There was a lot of bumping and dancing with others to get by - of course, it's usually not that crowded.

In any event, AC is my shop of choice - even with the distance from my house.

unfortunetly I missed the social last week but I am going to pay a visit today in my way. I am sure is a plasure to meet them . Thanks for input

I have been by the store 2times now and must say am going to keep going! I hadn't met Sean the first time I was there but still found all the help quite good. During the social it was a bit crazy but I had everyone even Sean answering all my questions....Top notch in my book. Long drive from PG county in MD but well worth it!

I've been at the store just about every week since it's opened. love it, will continue going there probably just about every week. Prices very reasonable, great atmosphere, clean.

I have only been there once, but i did meet sean, and i did like the place a lot... Good, fair prices, really good help.. They werent just trying to "make" the sale.. I felt they really wanted to see you happy with your purchase... I plan on going back, not always out that way but i will buy there again... The store was clean and neat, no corpses or aiptasia, no ugly algae covered glass, this place is nice and they take pride in it..!!! So aqua co, thanks for being a good lfs, we appreciate it... Keep up the good work..!!! 9 out of 10..!!!! Hey nobodies perfect..!!
