Larry Grenier July 28, 2007 July 28, 2007 If anyone wants a frag of Montipora Capricornis and/or some spaghetti cheato and can stop-by my place in Manassas some evening it's free. Several to go. Call ahead, 703-335-9775. The Monti Cap is green with white edges and was originally a frag from Quazi's tank. Very easy to mount and care for. If I had a frag tank I'd mount pieces in little rocks and sell them Larry
Guest mzsh6m July 29, 2007 July 29, 2007 Larry, I'm interested but have a newer tank...how long do I have to wait to put something like this in it? 72gal tank that's been setup for several months, rock has loads of algae (hairy and slimy green kind). Finally put chromis and lawnmower blenny in tonight. Thank You

Thank You I put a piece of Larry's green monti cap in my 45-gallon tank a week after it was set up (with experienced live rock, no cycle) - and it's still doing just fine in my 58 AND my frag tank. I've given away several pieces to people. Looks great under actinics. bob

Larry Grenier July 31, 2007 Author July 31, 2007 i'd take you up on the offer because i live in manassas but i'm going for LPS. This must be the easiest SPS to keep. Put it up high in your relatively low-light tank and it will do fine. Folks, I just gave-away two pieces and have several more to go. Larry
Guest NSC July 31, 2007 July 31, 2007 Hey Larry, Are you going to be home tomorrow? I could use some chaeto! I can vouch for that!! Thanks BOB It will do fine if you put it up high enough to your lights assuming you don't have any WQ issues.
