Origami October 22, 2022 Share October 22, 2022 Circumstances are unclear at this time, but there's Facebook traffic from friends announcing that Reefbuilers pioneer, Jake Adams has died. Jake was a pioneer bridging internet media, reef hobby developments, and the growing commercial marketplace with hobbyists like you and me. He will be missed. RIP my friend. Origami October 26, 2022 Author Share October 26, 2022 So sad, anybody know what happened? Darren No details except what's been written about: Jake was on a flight itinerary to Bali and apparently died in flight. The last I read (yesterday), his remains were in Taiwan awaiting return. nburg October 26, 2022 Share October 26, 2022 FWIW, turns out his wife is 9 weeks pregnant, which is heart breaking. His sister put up a GoFundMe, and I think the Reefbuilders site added the link at the end of his Obit. I felt terrible after hearing that so I donated a small bit. Origami October 26, 2022 Author Share October 26, 2022 Thanks for donating. I did the same. And, yes, Windsor (his wife) is 2 months pregnant. It adds an added layer od sadness to his death. Sent from my SM-N976V using Tapatalk
