Sorry I been out today that is why I wanted to sell it yesterday. The rocks have been in buckets with powerheads for 2 days now so I'm not sure how much has survived. I prefer to sell a large bunch at a time so if you are looking for LR to build your system I'll give you preference. I think I answered all the PM's. Dave

The red X's means your browser could not download it and display the images. That is a problem of the web servers being down or your internet provider is having issues. If it was the website, everyone would of experienced it. It's probably an issue on your side of things.

Get a small Yellow tang and it'll take care of the hair algae. By far the best solution and I have tried Sea Hare's, Algae Blennies, emerald crabs, etc. Once the tang gets too big, trade it for a smaller one again. BTW, 6 lines are useless in my opinion. Get a Melenarus Wrasses to control flatworms and other pests.

That's the vortech for you. I had issues getting it to start consistantly in the beginning but eventually it warms up. You have to play with the alignments until you get it right. Call their support also. They do have a every responsive support guy.

Wow, IO is really that now? I might switch from D2D to back to IO if that's true.

My were problematic the first year I got them. I sent them back 3-4 times and the last time, I got a new wet side which was a different design from the original. Their service was great but for $400 a pop, I expected less problems. They have been running well for the past 6 months though.

I run a 6-T5 Ice Cap over driven set up. I used to run MH's in my old tank and I think growthwise, they are the same. I like T5's bright look much better. My only complaint is that the purple's are not so purple for me. I have a purple monster and it's starting to finally color up after 3 months of brown but it's more light purple than the deep rich purple I seen from other people. The same goes for my Garf Purple Bonsai.

Closing at 6pm on the week days effectively kills any chance a commuter can get to the store. 606 south bound sucks during rush hour from south riding. 10-8.. or just shift 12-8 instead of 10-6 would be golden.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I just threw away a stealth when I got a shock in the water after moving the heater around. I got the EJ's and have one running right now. Hopefully, they work better.

How about D2D Ocean? Hardly anyone do deals on that

Low PH - use outside air does not work, what else?

First calibrate/replace your PH Probe. I just did it this weekend and it was a off by .2! You can always run the calcium reactor during the day and shutting down the CO2 at night. This will help keep it higher at night when the lights are out. -
My pearlberrys do have polyps. I keep them at the top. They are more lighter purple than the ones I see at the store though. My Red planet is in the middle of the tank and they do grow... Just try moving them around and flows. They are both in the middle of the tank between 2 MP40's.

Atapsia? Bristleworm? My 3 finger tips are like that right now. 1 from bristleworms..2 from atapsia I'm sure when I was cleaning out algae from the overflow. It's swollen, itching like H-E-double hockey sticks.. and rasied bumps... gloves for me next time

It sure looks alot better in your tank

I agree if you called and were told it will be held and show up within an hour then sure, but do we know the time frame for this situation? Would it be fair to ask him to hold it for 8 hours? Why not just give him a CC to show commitment and leave out all doubt? If there's an agreement between buyers and sellers that if you say you going to buy regardless if you like it or not when you get there, then sure. Unfortunately, Sean does not have that luxury. It's a risk to his business. Sean probably has a good amount of customes come through that store that he has been burned many times. Let's cut him some slack. Besides, some of his promotions have been benificial to the community. I know I have taken advantage of the sales that sometimes are cheaper or close to online prices. I agree on your bottom line but the reality is none of us are saints all the time.

It wasn't addressed to DDRiver but to the person who commented on a bait and switch scenario. Regardless if he was told or not to lay down cash, it should be common sense. Look at all the regular people here who have made arrangements to sell/hold for someone only to have the person not show up. IN fact, I been the buyer and the seller wasn't there after the arranged meeting time. Sean has to do what he has to do to make a living. If the person wanted the piece that bad, pay in advance and pick it up. What if he changes his mind when he got there? Sean would of missed out on a possible sale. It goes both ways.
