  1. Great job Frank, I like how you placed your corals in the way that all the colors mixed in very nicely.
  2. Andy-it will be home of a half of dozen clams including your beautiful maxima that I picked up couple months ago ;-)
  3. Another great work by Adam. Highly recommended! Thank you Chris Tran
  4. The original one. ATI Fixture. I am separating lps and sps. I will run t5 on sps tank and radion on lps tank.
  5. The tank is the 150g DD (36"x36"x27") I am running 2 Radions and 4 T5s
  6. I just happened to take this picture of my Oregon Tort two days ago. It is under Ecotech Radions.
  7. I am glad that you asked because i have the same question. I have a pair of designer clowns and they laid egges every 2 weeks. If i set up another tank that is still connected to the main system, will i be able to raise baby clowns?
  8. Thanks guys, I contacted Mike and was told there is $10 off for orders of $100 or more. Coupon code is "rest", and is only valid today. Chris
  9. Thanks Mike and Tom; i think i will go with GlassHoles overflow since it is smaller profile and i don't have to deal with messy glue.
  10. Hi all, I need to order an overflow box kit with Glass-holes and was wondering if anyone know they have coupon code for the coming labor day? Thanks, Chris
  11. Ryan, can you take PAR readings?
  12. Now that i see you have both species in the same tank, i want to add a gig to my tank. Need to make room for it ;-) Nice job Khanh
  13. Very nice acans. If you are ready to frag them, please let me know.
  14. Thank you! I will have to clean my tank first FTS will be posted soon.
  15. The ones on top are dendro and sun corals are at the bottom.
  16. +1 I am trying different lighting options to see what is best. Radions alone is not the best IMO; especially for 27" height tanks. It also depends on what you are keeping and placement of your corals. As of now, i have found the best color with Radions + 2 FijiPurples + 2 SuperPlues. I will give it a month to see how my corals react to this lighting. I would have to agree with Travis that T5 is a proven light source for keeping healthy SPS and clams; even on the sandbed of a 27" deep. However Radion has its own advantages.
  17. Agreed. but for some reasons, my red, pink and purple SPSs are not doing as nice as when they were under T5s.
  18. To be completely honest, corals appear to have better color under T5s due to the flexibility of choosing bulbs, color temperatures and bulb placement within the fixture. However, I am not regret going with Radions. My personal justifications are: 1. Less maintenance: Less heat means less elaboration. I only have to fill up my top-off water every 10 days now. One time installation and I don
  19. i am running 2 Radions and 2 AIs on a 36x36x27 tank. I think the coverage for 2 Radions hanging side by side is about 30x30. If you plan to keep lps and softies at the bottom of the tank, you may raise the fixtures up to increase the coverage.
  20. Setosa doesn't need lots of light. Mine is at the bottom of a 27" height tank.
  21. what is an estimated cost for the fixture?
  22. Very nice Nam. Time to add sps back to the tank.
