  17. Hard to say with absolute certainty. I have been able to keep multiple tangs and angels. I think being well fed and enough hiding/sleeping spots are the keys. I had to get rid of a Scopas ‘cuz it took down every other tang I added. Currently have Powder Blue and Kole Tangs and Flame, Midnight angels. Adding a Potters angel tomorrow. Adding at same time will also help I think. Check Liveaquaria for genus info.
  18. PO is high bit I think your Nitrates are okay. I would start with water changes, checking your source water, food type/amount.
  19. I have no recommendation on a skimmer. Specs say its oversized for your setup. So I guess its fine. I think answering what you are trying to accomplish might generate some more input.
  20. I know this is not a lazy man’s hobby, but I went the pellet rx route because no matter what I say, life gets in the way and I "sometimes" forget to dose whatever. The advice I read about pellets is to start below the recommended amount of pellets and give it time. If I remember correctly, you have a relatively small set up so dosing may be the better option for you. Also, a good skimmer is a must.
  21. I'd leave it alone. Feed well and monitor.
  22. Havent been able to catch him. The fish 'went away' or thr obstruction?
  23. Only thing I am sure of now is I am going to have nightmares about tongue eating parasites!!! Anything is possible.
  24. REALLY quick video
  25. Agree. Mine is also a balck oc. I dont want to "operate" but I dont want to lose it either. I thought if it was a pellet, it would have dissolved enough by now to either swallow or spit it out. I guess I will wait it out. Thanks all for the advice.
