If its tropical play sand from the carribean its white and very fine. you can get it at TRT. Call Grimm in advance to let him know so he can get it. the other stuff is silicate based and may or may not cause diatom problems

Bill i have 2 1 inch bulkheads and a 1100gph external blue line running to a SCWD. i also have 2 more 1" bulkheads for a closed loop 1 intake and 1 exhaust that is split with a y with Loc-Line to move the outlets were i want good flow, (Tgallo's idea.. thanks bro) also run with a blueline 1100gph plus 2 maxijet 1200 and i think a couple more will follow depending on what i put in my tank. right now i have some xenia that just sprouted from no were on the LR. this is for my 150. just depending on what your keeping you need to adjust your flow Good luck and Happy Reefing!

Ok i found this on some rock i aquired, it looked really bad but i left it to help cycle the tank. Tissue was al ragged and i thought it was dead, now the tissue looks alot smoother and fuller. i hope i can save itbut i dont want to blast it with too much light and i dont want to starve it of light. any help would be wonderful. i hope this pic turns out ok
