  4. Thanks Bob, when those greens grow more I will be putting them up for trade for sure. They are awesome. Those are under T5's and I have some under MH and they look almost the same. I love them. Zoanthids are my favorite coral, then come euphyllia's. Sandy

  10. Both of the acro frags that we bought at the meeting are toast. It appears they got RTN as they sluffed off in a matter of hours. Don't know what went wrong, but they were very very pretty. However, the rest of the corals we got at the meeting are doing great!!!!!

    fragfest

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to all those involved with setting up this event. I had a great time and I got a lot of great frags. I was pleased to learn how to frag some of the corals. I hope that I will be able to bring some stuff next year for fragging as well. This really really helped me as I am new to the hobby. Thanks to all those who were doing the fragging, you guys did a great job. And to the speakers, thank you for taking the time to talk to us. It was very informative even though it was sad to learn just how bad our reefs are being depleted and ruined. Sandy
  12. Okay, I just got home, so I will bring some brownies. Hope no one else is bringing them. Sandy
  13. Hi, I am new here. I am also new to reefkeeping and pretty uneducated, lol. I read and read and read before I bought my tank, but now that I have it I feel really dumb. I am coming this weekend to pick minds of the better informed and to see what I can learn. I have a question, I joined WAMAS and I want to buy a membership for my friend and her husband. Can I do this on Sat at the meeting? Or do I need to do it before hand? Sandy
  14. Has anyone order the "Portion of Pods" from Floridapets.com? I just did becuase I don't ever see any pods in my tank at night. Another question (as you can tell I am a newbie) is chaeto good for the back of a jbj nanocube? I have some kind of macro back there but I have no idea what it is. Sandy
  15. Oh that's not necessary. I don't mind bringing something at my cost. I am not sure what I will bring yet, but I will bring something good. :D Sandy
