  1. wow It looks like Japan has changed the way you think to the better, Our friend at the river spent her adult life at Okinawa in military, now she is head nurse and has blue crab and oyster license , she is active water women, you are not far from the water

  4. what about the pump? my hamerhead pumb is so loud I cant stand it anymore I complained to the company and they never got back to me, what does rob want you to get? if you get the hamerhead get ear plugs
  5. I was going to pick up a damaged frag tank today but your'e tank has better water depth for breeding big belly seahorses, they are more then a foot tall. is it acrylic? why are you selling it?
  6. what i have learned, when the biofilters are running the skimmers produce nothing, lat week i did not do a water change and the skimmers produced waste for the first time in a month. so if skimmers are producing waste something is wrong, Britttney from reef escape wanted me to double up on U.V. and add carbon filter now my water is more clear then air and green water is in my food. also i got greenwater in my brothers tank it went green so I added my biggest U.V. and a carbon filter, result water clear, so Duffy gett big U.V. and carbon, consider biofilters, we use wetdry and bio pellets but want to build K1 soon thats what the P.H.D. are doing K1 fluid whatever
  7. I started selling seahorses online and at reef escape, go to there shop and you will be surprised how good looking and active they are,. Hoping the horses will pay for the conservancy's next acrylic tank to breed big bellies in, glass won't do on a chilled tank. Next we need to apply for a permit to plant seagrass.
  8. thanks i will find you , cleaning tanks all day, tomarrow too, what a mess the brine shrimp room ugh,
  9. membership working now I would love to have a few more members, mysis tank almost done,
  10. my brothers getting his boat ready so we can get out early this march and film the seagrass with Gopros befor the water clouds up, the membership plugin works now we could use some members, I spent $560 on security for one year so the site is safe http://www.seahorseconservancy.org/
  11. they told me every detail and who they sell to, you would have to be insane to breed mysis for a living, or seahorses, they sell to schools and public aquriums, and private collectors farm raised 5000 mysis are about $440 plus shiping so thats about $1200 per week for a seadragon guessing they dont want wild caught, im guessing it wiil take maybe 20 these 20 gallon tanks to make 5000 mysis a week, they eat baby brine need clean water biolojical filtration, eat 3 times a day ect, if i do it it is a $2000 dollar prodject and will be a few hours a day work clening screens mostly I spend $40 to $50 a week on food x 52 =$2500 a year just having fun might be fun for us all?
  12. started building this tank today, I have 3x the mysis I had last month but they eat lots of there babies and I would rather feed the babies to the baby seahorses, this tank when its done should solve the problem, the mysis farmer in florida told me how to build it

  18. Deborah: The Chesapeake Bay Foundation is holding a series of workshops to show volunteers how to plant celery grass to replenish underwater grass to the Potomac. Let’s go to a workshop and support this good cause. It would be great if they would eventually work with us to reintroduce saltwater seagrass to Coles Point VA, the Conservancy’s home port. Here is an aerial photo of the location:
