Dr. Mac, this is kind of unrelated, but I was curious. Do you get in any Yuma ricordea??

Made the drive out to Petland today. They have a really great selection of corals there. Saw a lot of nice acan, chalice and favia frags out there at a good price. Can't wait to get my frag tank set up! If you haven't been there in a while, you should definitely go check out what they have. Nice job guys. Keep up the good work.

Ran across a couple of hagen mold-injected ponds online. Any thoughts on whether these would work as long-term frag tanks?

A buddy and I went by this place today and picked up some really nice frags. Definitely the best price for the quality. Not a chop shop here, all the corals were healed, encrusted and happy. They were even opening up during acclimation ! Everything I've bought from Sean has done well and was parasite free. Be sure to check them out, well worth the drive out there. Thanks again Sean .

What do these corals look like under 10k , or 14k? I cant really tell with all those actinics

Did you ever have any issues with contaminants? ie, bacteria etc? I'm thinking about making my own food too. I'm just concerned about something getting into my tank. What did you do, as far as sterilization?

I like where this thread is going. Lets keep this one active as people purchase aquarium controllers, etc. Thanks again everyone! I had one more thing to add that was off-topic. How would people feel if we started to have several "mini-meets" that we could do in between our regular meets just to hang out, share information and so on?? Don't get me wrong, I like our regular meets, I just thought it would be nice to have a couple more. Just a thought.

I'm going to be joining them tomorrow. Wamas looks like the place to be, even for the "seasoned" reefkeeper. I've been keeping reef tanks on and off for the past 6 years, but I'd really like to have someone else to talk to about it. All of my friends, while amazed at the sight of marine fish and corals, don't seem to share my enthusiasm for it. On another note, I thought that you had mentioned something about Kyle being able to bring pre-ordered items with him? Is it possible to have him bring the mismatched snowflake ocellaris pair with him?
