i picked up an elegance coral, and a nice sized neon toadstool colony. i also got a large filter sock, im glad i did the bubbles in my display were annoying the H-E-double hockey sticks out of me.

i went ahead and order bulbs from marinedepot, i got 6 ATI bulbs for 99 shipped. good deal imo. i did a water change today, i tested the water an hour later. PO4- .03 NH4- .0 Ca- 515 Mg- 1550 Alk- 10.2 im gonna head over to Aquatic Obsession later today an see if i can pick up a nice frag or colony.

i would say go with the 40, but i like smaller tanks over bigger ones. i like how my 40 has turned out and i went higher end on with it.

great man, thanks for telling me! me too! i bought the 6 bulb being told it wasnt fully functional but because the light is running in a series(really weird), the dead bulbs were holding it back, but after weeding the dead ones out i got it working. so i got both working fixtures for 200.

its been awhile since ive updated. nothings new livestock wise. but i did get a new light because my sunpod craped out (one ballast broke) its a 6 bulb 36 inch Tek-Light fixture. i got that fixture and a 4 bulb Tek-light fixture for 200$ i need to buy new bulbs though. ill order them tomorrow. and for now the 4 bulb will be a cat bed

looks good, but you may want to get a par reading. im not sure 36 3 watt leds is going to be enough on 55. you got these from aquastyleonline right?

as you can philyouraquarium's wysiwyg isnt so much wysiwyg but im 100% satisfied.

yeah they are maxi minis, but just not what i ordered, it was supposed to be "wysiwyg" but the ones i got look way better imo. ill try to get pictures in a few. stay tuned.

the light was too white for me, so i just replaced 2 of the white leds for blue ones. everything looks great now. also i got my order from philyouraquarium.com the nems look great, but arent the ones i ordered. but im not going to complain because they look great
