  1. ok instead of round # babes why don't you snap a few shots of some of the victims holding #'s in their claws before hand. Just to add to the already amazing videos. can't wait to see this epic battle.
  2. I don't think that 13.4 dKH is much to worry about, actually you are looking ideal IMO.
  3. ohhh comon the tang police dont need helpers and clearly they said HUGE 30g its a good camera a few tips here and there from some experts might help but realy nice pics, tank looks great, time to upgrade!
  4. Keep it steady dont try and add too much at any given time but your pH is looking better along with the dKH and Ca. Just hang in there and keep up the hard work.
  5. Thank you all for the quick replies. I agree with the temp and will hold of on any livestock ordering. I am a big LFS supporter, I live in College Park (PG) MD and I make weekly hour+ long trips out to Mr. Coral, Aquaco, and have made it out the BRK (right before move) Closer to me I support Aquarium 1, Tropical Lagoon, and Scales. The only other place I have gotten anything is off of WAMAS. As it were I am reaching the point where I will only be adding 1 maybe 2 more fish and want to be picky. Other reason is that the fish I am looking for I have been quoted more than twice what I have been able to find them for on the net at LFS. My roommate just recently started a cichlid tank and wants to do a bunch of plants so he was going to tag along on an order. I also agree with the QT, I know a few of the stores on my list do while others don't so I now have my own to be safe anyway so not the biggest issue. Glad to hear liveaquaria is good should I decide to purchase something in the future!
  6. I was just wondering if anyone has ordered any livestock (I was thinking fish but anything will do) from liveaquaria.com? I have been skeptical to order fish and have them shipped but thought I might try.
  7. One of those folding wooden screens would put all focus right back on the DT! But I'm not one to talk my livingroom looks the same.
  8. I'm working with Mac on the new iTank series! MP3, XM, and T5's PS sorry for ruining this thread!
  9. I realy like the new scaping, the duncan looks realy healthy. Keep up the good work. How is the tomatoe clown tank doing?
  10. My GF loves her shrooms, but her shrooms hate my flow, so I was going to give her a 2.5g shroom box! I have to get my PH and lights but have everything else!
  11. 2nd this notion, the SPCA is amazing and actually helps not just make ideological guidlines!
  12. I robbing this thread to say that I will be doing something like capsfan 2.5, so this was helpful!
  13. I hadn't though of a prawn goby and a pistol shrimp that could be a good duo for the tank!
  14. Funny how rescaping can make it that much more enjoyable! Looks great i like the crescent shape of the rock work for the jawfish!
  15. What does your temp stay around? The PH doesn't put off enough heat for the 2.5? or is it just a winter thing? sorry for the 20?
  16. IMO neon, the clown g's seem less active (but it looks as though it is all a matter of opinion)
  17. I would go with the neon goby small lots of color and more active than the boring clown goby! glad to hear that she made it, chalk this one up as a learning experience! Looking back through didn't notice, what kind of powerhead are you using? and other than the light was there any other equip being used. I want to set up a shroom tank!
  18. well I know your DT is amazing so I cant wait to see how this turns out. The stand looks great keep up the good work!
  19. Very nice, my tank is only about a month younger and no where near nice. I am new to the hobby in general though. I like the clams.
  20. From what I understand yes bringing the Ca up will help bring the dKH down as well.
  21. I have nas, turbo, ninja star, asternia, orange, nerite, and stomatella (snails) blue leg, scarlet hermits a sally light foot, arrow, and 3 emerald crabs and I have a skunk cleaner, fire, and a peppermint shrimp all in my 65. The sally lightfoot eats more than anything in the tank, he alone is a great CUC. But I still have cyano growing on my SB and some of the rock. I have been repeatedly switching out my phosguard and vacuuming my cc as well and still it grows, NOTHING eats of cleans it up just keep fighting!
  22. Why is this? out compete for pods?
