  2. Thanks everyone! The female's belly is looking big again, I think she might be laying eggs again soon. Hopefully this time I can catch it on video. No I haven't fed them anything. What do they eat? I have no idea how to raise frys and it seems like a lot of work.
  3. I have one and it doesnt make any noise. Just makes a lot of turbulance. Let me know if you need a new one
  4. Thank you everybody. The tank is coming along very nicely. I was surprising seeing the first tank shot from Aug and then looking at it now, the tank is purpling up and growing at a good rate. I know what you mean. I was fearing mechancial break downs even with the 55 gallon. Luckily most of the set backs that i encounter was during the 1st week with the tank. Had pipe leaking, things not fitting in properly, a couple corals and fish die from the move. So far...knock on wood...everything else has been running smoothly. Hey Jason! Thanks you very much! The lightning are 4 T5's and I have a 2.5 gallon hang on back CPR refugium. I wish I could make money as fast as the algae are growing.
  5. Updates for the month of Aug and Oct...a couple of new additions and lots of growth since July. 10. I am using a Mag 7 for my 90 gallon I think that is rated for 700GPH. I only have a ASM G3 skimmer in my sump, not sure if that effects the GPH being push around

    Nikon D60

very good info...one thing i like about the D60 is the claymation option where you can take multiple pictures and turn it into a movie.
  13. My yellow tang reminds me of my yellow lab....eats everything in sight no question ask.... Which could be a bad thing considering the past week we have been taking her in and out of the vet office after she ate a big bone that became stuck in her stomach.
  14. Anybody have a Nikon D60? I'm thinking of buying it as my first DSLR and wanted to know if anybody here has one.
  15. How long have you had your tank for? Usually with cynao the problem is not enough flow to the area where it grows. Try positioning your power heads so that the flow is distribute throughout the tank.
  16. Very nice with a lot of great info. I love the pictures too. What kind of camera are you using? (NVM i see the camera listed at the top)
  17. Thanks! It is a very neat coral and I already have little polyps sprouting all over.
  18. weird... i wonder if anybody else experience irregular polyp closing for the neon toadstool Anyone wants to chime in?
  19. Unfortunately the one you gave me blew away. BTW do u know why sometimes the polyps retract for days and days at a time?
