Hi Yanek I have my Geo's reef Kalk reactor hooked up to my RO/DI reservoir which is controlled by 2 Reeffanatic float switches, and to prevent accidental jamming/malfunction of the float switch it's on a timer which allows 10 mins of top-off a couple of times a day then shuts off. So far coming up on 1 year with this setup, no problems in over dosing Kalk, the only trouble i did have was a faulty check valve which allowed kalk water to siphon back into my reservoir and gave me an instant snow storm when i mixed a batch for a water change. As for which brand to recommend, i've only ever used this one and had no problems, it has a MJ as a mixing pump on a timer that stirs 4 times a day for 10 mins, i don't think kalkreactors have to as fancy as skimmers or Ca reactors, having said that i love my Deltec PF501 Ca reactor. You could ask for these components from Sunlight Supply as n Xmas present, the full kit is a little on the steep side. Here's one over Sanjays new setup, looks good, when i upgrade to Lumenarcs (Soon Johnny, Soon) i'll be doing something very similar. Rebecca The only time mine have done anything like that was when i had the 2 males in the tank, they did square off several times, with no injuries. My male/female pair have shown no dancing or courtship although they have dug out a hollow in amongst the rock work that they sleep in, my female is slightly larger than my male HTH

Don't know if this is what your after in way of finish, but when i built my stand from pressure treated timber i gave it about 4 or 5 coats of the oil based Kilz Admittedly it been up less than a year, but is just as good now as the day i applied it HTH

I feed the tank once a day and then target feed my triggers again later in the day so they don't develop a craving for cleaner gobie Cyclopeeze, selcon, Golden pearls and Phyto feast every 4 or 5 days or so

Sweet you got any aiptasia he can munch on ? My tank is as far as i can see aiptasia free with the exception of my overflows, they are beautiful fish and great at eradicating the aiptasia nuisance. Very Nice looking setup too Anton
