I placed an order for their co2 electronic regulator over a week ago and got a order details email. Since then I tried reaching out to them for status via email and phone but no one is responding. Has anyone ordered from them recently?

Not recently, but I have never had a bad experience with them.  Try calling them.  It is also a very slow time of year (between Christmas and New years).

I called their SD and FL numbers but no one picks up. I just want to make sure they’re still in business.
