Origami February 25, 2016 February 25, 2016 Looks a lot like Aiptasia. Does it have a stalk under the oral disk?
edress714 February 25, 2016 Author February 25, 2016 Or I can just throw that small piece of rock in the trash lol
Origami February 25, 2016 February 25, 2016 Just pull it off? No. You want to completely destroy it. Nuke it with some kalk, Aiptasia X, Joe's Juice, hot water, vinegar, lemon juice ... a whole host of options here.
epleeds February 25, 2016 February 25, 2016 Or I can just throw that small piece of rock in the trash lol That is the best right there.
Origami February 25, 2016 February 25, 2016 Or I can just throw that small piece of rock in the trash lol If you can, yes. I can't see the image here at work, but didn't you have a bunch of zoas or palys on it? If the thing is in a crevice, you can also take the rock out and, after it retracts, encase it in a blob super glue.
thakki February 25, 2016 February 25, 2016 I would take out that entire piece of rock. They may get into crevices and hard to pull out...try squirting hot water into the crevice with a syringe.
matt February 25, 2016 February 25, 2016 Remove the rock, frag the corals from it you want to keep, then trash the rock. If you caught it as early as you seem to, then this seems best to me.
edress714 February 25, 2016 Author February 25, 2016 Took the whole thing and trashed it. Thanks everyone
