I coral diped it killed some pods , it stayed stuck so I decided to twis it off better safe than sorry don't know what a nudi is?

Read up on nudibranches (especially zoa eating ones.) You have one, you have more.

Well this was a new coral I Purchased f rom LFS. I went ahead a dipped it in coral DIP. If there were eggs would the dip kill the eggs?

 

I hope so cause I put the coral in my tank

Had to twist it off, like it was attached to the base or plug?  Was is semi firm?  I kinda see spicules, maybe an orange sponge?

Nudibranch I found on mine... They seem to get alot brighter the more zoas they eat though... Found some after that looked neon green under my blue lights...

Yea it wasn't moving even in the coral dip

It does sound like it might be a bit of sponge, then. Especially if it feels attached and immobile.

Here is a Zoa nedi I had on one of mine once. You should be able to see the spirl eggs as well

Thanks for the info I don't see any eggs so I'm thinking it was a sponge didn't seem to have any legs
