Sharkey18 January 26, 2015 January 26, 2015 My lights have gone rogue. For many months they have faithfully followed the schedule I set for them. Then this past week they start acting weird. Middle of the night, white lights are on full blast. There is NO part of my schedule that has white only. Also having other problems, lights on all night, etc. So yesterday I redownloaded the software, reprogrammed the lights, and still at 4 am my lights are on full force. They are not scheduled to turn on until 7 am. Anyone have an idea of what going on? My fish must be exhausted.

Ryan S January 26, 2015 January 26, 2015 I'd call Ecotech and see what they say. If it's not software, they may send you replacement radion units.
camelcruiser January 26, 2015 January 26, 2015 I had the same problem and called ecotech they sent out a new one. They are really good to work with they usually take care of those kind of problems without much hassle.

YHSublime January 27, 2015 January 27, 2015 I would get in touch with them like Ryan mentioned. Only bummer, their hours are 9-5, sucks when your full time rides during those hours. I hope your customer support proves better than what mine was.
