Good news and bad news

So the good news is that all of my bubble algae is gone...   The bad news is that the dime sized emerald crab that I put in to control the algae has become FRIGHTENINGLY LARGE!!!  I cannot believe how fast this thing has grown... it is easily 3 or 4 times the size in just a few months.  I am actually scared he will get a hold of a fish.  Should I take him out?  maybe make him a sump critter or something?

I have a large one in my tank, he's funny to watch when the fish get near him, it's like the crabs from Nemo... he gets all defensive of his space.

My emerold took out almost all of my stometella snails. Got him this morning after two weeks of hunting him down and he's in the sump.
