smallreef August 18, 2013 Share August 18, 2013 They don't necessarily grow in a specific rate...I got one for Mother's Day for $99 (great price by the way) and its large to start with...and it's grown some since then...it all depends on your lighting and calcium and water chemistry....the ridges on the top of the clam grow out so it's not really measurable to me....
