The actual question should be: "Is it morally wrong to implement a method of reproduction with a species that does not naturally use that method?" While it doesn't fit on a bumper sticker, it's the accurate way to phrase the broader question.

GaryL October 27, 2005 October 27, 2005 Not to mention meiosis, which "clones" the cells we grow from. 43308[/snapback] meiosis is were you end up with 4 haploid cells, each having half of the chromosomes as the parent, only used for reproduction. so if the diploid number of the cell is 46 (human) the haploid number would be 23 (sperm and ovum or egg) sorry ofr the info dump. just learned this in bio 101. still not sure on cellular respiration....made a c on that test and still bitter <_<

flowerseller October 27, 2005 October 27, 2005 We used to take sponges and hit in the blender. We would turn off skimmers, powerheads and pumps and allow it to settle. We did this for obvious reasons but also to help bind our rocks together and prevent rockslides. Slick huh?
