zygote2k June 17, 2013 June 17, 2013 My DC 5000 stopped pumping. The controller works and when I cycle the pump on/off, it runs for a second then turns off. Does anyone have any experience troubleshooting these pumps? I've already sent an inquiry to the manufacturer.

Origami June 17, 2013 June 17, 2013 Do you only have one pump, Rob, or are you able to swap controllers out between two pumps to see if the problem follows the controller or the powerhead? I've not seen this problem in my two DC5000's that are part of my skimmer.)
basser9 June 18, 2013 June 18, 2013 Look on fishstreet in there uk section there price for a pump is sick.......great for a spare pump as the power supply is 220 just as a spare pump/controller its worth it.
