Well after 2 months of use I have another dead Waveline DC3000. My EHIEM 1060 that is about 20 years old still works. Not a happy camper right now!!!

I have had the new waveline DC 6000 now for about 2 months give or take and have noticed that rust is starting to form outside the seam where the impeller housing meets the motor housing.. Is anyone else with the new pumps seeing rust at all? I spoke to RLSS and they said that it wasn't a problem. They advised to just rinse it off and it will go away.. Well I did wash it off and the rust marks were all back within a day... I am starting to think there is more then meets the eye to this problem..

My DC 5000 stopped pumping. The controller works and when I cycle the pump on/off, it runs for a second then turns off. Does anyone have any experience troubleshooting these pumps? I've already sent an inquiry to the manufacturer.
