miggs76 March 19, 2013 March 19, 2013 I have a black and white clown and an orange and white misbar clown. They have become a pair. If they breed will the babies be black and white or orange and white or a mix of the two?
Origami March 20, 2013 March 20, 2013 More likely, they'll be fish food. (Unless you're set up and prepared to rear clown fry. A good reference for this is Joyce Wilkerson's book, Clownfishes.) As for their coloration, I haven't a clue. Perhaps a mix of various phenotypes (looks). If you are successful in breeding them, it would be interesting to cross several generations and keep records along the way.

marinap March 20, 2013 March 20, 2013 (edited) They will be muddy/rust color, aka "mocha" clowns (provided you have a.occelaris) Edited March 20, 2013 by marinap
