Alieu07 June 3, 2011 Share June 3, 2011 Hi guys and gals Finally my big boy born 6/2/2011 3:00pm 2500 lbs 74" tall I been collecting toys for my big boy more than one year. I was planning to finish my basement b4 set up this big boy but plan had changed. So now i am still filling ro/di water to the tank. I have almost everythings except the LED light. Fishman65(Rob) will finish my LED light probably 2 weeks from now hopefully. I have the 48 3w cree 50/50. It is a 150g Marineland DD tank with original stand and canopy. Why did you decide to use a pump to feed the refugium vs an baffle (overflow)? I would think that using a pump adds more risk to issues like pump failure, keeping skimmer compartment water level stable, and flooding during power outages. Just curious.
