rocko918 September 17, 2010 September 17, 2010 My Fickelfins purple tip efflo was shading a bunch of corals below, good time to frag it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8zMfM6O9rI
Leishman September 17, 2010 September 17, 2010 Cant see the vid @ work - but save me a frag. No tank 'till March next year, but save me one anyway!
Coral Hind September 17, 2010 September 17, 2010 Nice fragging demo video. I love the smell of fresh dremeled frags.
epleeds September 17, 2010 September 17, 2010 those are some big frags... now you just have to frag the other one...
JpNuss September 17, 2010 September 17, 2010 That is a gorgeous coral! How much for a frag? I want one!
rocko918 September 17, 2010 Author September 17, 2010 (edited) i will get some pics of the frags for everyone to drool over. They are big frags! Its a nice looking efflo, it finally colored up along with my $500 efflo. Edited September 17, 2010 by rocko918
davelin315 September 18, 2010 September 18, 2010 Cool video, didn't have sound on, but do you ever notice that the skeleton dust off the dremel has a tendency to kill tissue for on the coral? I have noticed streaks of long term discoloration or even loss of flesh when I have fragged using the dremel and cannot isolate the sprays of coral skeleton.
rocko918 September 19, 2010 Author September 19, 2010 I rinse the frags off in tank water, i dont think i have seen any issue from the skeleton dust before. I have cut lots of things too.

Yep, IIRC you've been slicing & dicing for quite sometime now Excellent video - wish I could move beyond "accidental fragging"
