It does look like the ORA German Blue Polyp Acro. I read once where ORA lost their colony.

That's what small frags of my Gadgets acro look like - EXCEPT - they usually have more branching and less encrusting.

Both the german blue polyp and gadgets are likely A. nasuta, possibly even the same coral although my gadgets tends to more yellow with purple polyps. Under extreme blue light though they could both have the same color.

In my tank there is a night and day difference between the ORA german blue and the Gadgets. The ORA piece is much lighter in color, both the polyps and the coral itself.
