Ryan S January 18, 2010 Share January 18, 2010 I sense a problem too. There aren't lots of frags on them for me to pickup! That's the problem!
lanman January 18, 2010 Author Share January 18, 2010 They have been running recon missions on one of my large sunset monti frags.... I think it might get attacked in the night! bob
L8 2 RISE January 18, 2010 Share January 18, 2010 two things, one, you have WAY too much time on your hands and two, where do you get your plugs? They're one of my favorites, but I've never seen them anywhere.
wfoxfox January 18, 2010 Share January 18, 2010 I think you ought to glue some frags to them and send them to Purcellville - and Not to Doug - LOL

They're one of my favorites, but I've never seen them anywhere. Marble 1x1 tiles from Lowe's. The cheapest, effective frag plugs I've found so far. Heavy enough they don't fall over, rough enough they don't slide around the rack from moving water, totally inert, corals encrust onto them very nicely. I tear about a dozen or two off the sheets, soak them in hot water for a few minutes, and 'scrub' the glue off onto a rag. That's why all those plugs were together - had just cleaned the glue off, and they were drying. bob Edited January 18, 2010 by lanman
Sikryd January 18, 2010 Share January 18, 2010 LOL @ Bob - lots to free time Bob! Yeah I like those ones too. I'm not too thrilled with the oceanswonders right now! I'll have to pick some of those up when I am at Lowe's this week. I do the same with the hot water, then throw them in my QT tank to soak till I use them.
