I am using cable ties to secure the rock to the eggcrate which will later be coated over with some sand or rubble or something. What will you use to fill in the gaps between the rocks? To fill in between the gaps, I will be using Great Stuff Insulating foam. this stuff
GaryL July 29, 2009 July 29, 2009 are you sure that stuff is aquarium safe? yeah i dont think so..reading the label its pretty toxic. not sure if it becomes inert like silicone once it cures... my question would be about pond foam. if you need to coat it with something. or is it good to go out of the can?
