Nate July 14, 2009 July 14, 2009 WOW! I have no clue what that is but I hope someone does because it is by far the weirdest thing.

capsfan July 15, 2009 July 15, 2009 I am assuming perhaps some sort of snail eggs? It is about 5 inches at the widest point. Some kid came and drew on your tank with white out.
CHUBAKAH July 15, 2009 Author July 15, 2009 A very good sign of things. Good luck with the growth Mark. Thx Brother! Anyone got a gestation period on these eggs?
Sikryd July 15, 2009 July 15, 2009 A very good sign of things. Good luck with the growth Mark. +1 That is a cool sign that the tank is doing well. As far as gestation, I doubt it will get that far before they are eaten, but who knows. I might have to see if they have anything on that in corals of the world
ctenophore July 15, 2009 July 15, 2009 Anyone got a gestation period on these eggs? Mine never seem to hatch, even though I see pairs of ceriths laying them.
chucelli July 16, 2009 July 16, 2009 hatch they will. This has happened several times in my display, and weeks after I notice little tiny ceriths (3-4mm in length) in high detritus areas. I haven't seen them recently however. It could be that they get eaten by fish when they get to that size? dunno
