zoozilla May 17, 2009 May 17, 2009 Around Sept '08, we had the opportunity to relocate from a townhome to a single-family home down the street. Seeing that I had more space available, I couldn't pass up an upgrade (with the wife's blessing of course) For reference: Old Setup = 120 gallon + 20 gallon sump The bulk of the planning and acquiring equipment went on through most of September and October; with the build beginning at the end of October. I started out with the usual conceptual diagrams/drawings: Layout - http://www.wamas.org/forums/index.php?auto...si&img=5351 Manifold - http://www.wamas.org/forums/index.php?auto...si&img=5332 Rockwork - http://www.wamas.org/forums/index.php?auto...si&img=5331 ------------------ Current Specs ----------------------------------------------------- Tanks: 150 Gallon AGA and Stand (Thank you Trockafella) 100 Gallon Rubbermaid Sump 50 Gallon Rubbermaid Frag Tub 20 Gallon Fuge Lighting: 2 x 250W 14K Phoenix on HQI PFO Ballast (Main Tank) 2 x 110W Super Actinic VHO (Main Tank) 6 x 54W TEK T5 (Frag Tank) 1 x 36W Compacts (Fuge Tank) Circulation/Flow: 2 x Vortechs MP40W (Main) 4 x MaxiJets (Frag) Return: 1 x Reeflo Baracuda (Used to feed entire system) Filtration: 1 x Reeflo ORCA 250 Skimmer 1 x Grey Seas Aquatics Media Reactor 1 x Algae Scrubber Dosing: 1 x Austin Oceans Kalk Reactor 2 x Medical Dosers for 3 Part Brain: 1 x AC Jr. Stay tuned... dtfleming May 18, 2009 May 18, 2009 verrrrrrrr;yyyyyyyyyyyy nice, guess you got rid of the clowns and rbta. Some schooling fish would look cool in there.
bamainva May 18, 2009 May 18, 2009 Thank You Bamainva. Btw, how's your tank coming along? My tank is coming along well. I think it is about time to enjoy it and watch things grow. Is that toadstool the small frag you got from me? If so, that is some very nice growth. Keep posting the pics.
Jan May 18, 2009 May 18, 2009 Awesome, awesome, awesome. The entire set up is just amazing! A must see. I'm so glad you posted the pictures. A really beautiful set up. Fantastic job.

The RBTAs started to walk around too much and I was afraid they would get chewed up by the Vortechs. The hosting clowns went with the first RBTA I sold. All my fault, I procrastinated on plumbing in the Anemone tank Schooling fish would be a great addition Any ideas?
dtfleming May 18, 2009 May 18, 2009 always the chromis hehe, threadfin cardinals, anthias. black stripe cardinals.
