Zoozilla's 320 Gallon "Moved to Another House" System

Recommended Posts

Dan,

The tank is very nice.

I have to stop by again soon.

Khanh-

Thank you. Took you're advice with laying down sand as opposed to Bare-bottom. Turned out much better than I imagined ;)

You're welcome over anytime.

Very nice looking and coming along nicely.

Thank you Chip. Things would be further along but killed most of my SPS during the move

You're tank seems to be coming along as well. Must visit you soon.

Thanks man, I appreciate the comment. Yeah, I was extremely bummed when it happened. Just had to go with what I could salvage (mainly softies and lps) and basically start over from SPS frags.

Looking awesome Dan..

Thank you Billy. Been about 3 months or so since I've been by your place. That 120 gallon SPS of yours must look like a "Stunner" by now ;) (Your last update was Oct '08. Hint... Hint... )

you have a sweet looking tank, i love the rock work.

Thanks guy. The Solana is looking sweet  . How's that mesh-mod coming along?

Sweet setup. Love the look of the tank and the tank room. Nicely done.

Much appreciated. Has a striking "3-Column" resemblance to your rockwork ;) .

nice aquascaping!

Thank you Rob!

Did the same mod on my old Euroreef a few years back. A very inexpensive mod which is worth every penny.

hey zoozilla great tank. love the look of the in-wall systems.

well this is slightly off-topic so hope you don't mind...i am planning on moving back to the area in the next few months and its looking like were gonna settle in woodbridge. i was wondering if you could tell me where a few of the nicer shops are where i can pick up some choice pieces. if i remember correctly woodbridge had like three pet shops all owned by the same people. pretty crappy way back when, then they closed all but the gordon rd. location next to aldi's. are there any other places close by?

Thank you Alex.

Lol. You know, i've been living in Woodbridge for the past 4 years and never visited that fish store near Aldi's :lol2:

Personally, I've shopped and had great experiences with the following LFS:

Blue Ribbon Koi (Manassas, VA)

Pristine Aquariums (Alexandria, VA)

Roozens Nursery (Ft Washington, MD)

Aquaco (Reston, VA)

Marine Scene (Herndon, VA)

Fins and Feathers (Ashburn/Broadlands, VA)

Tropical Lagoon (Silver Spring, MD)

Aquarium One (Rockville, MD)

House of Tropicals (Glen Burnie, MD)

Exotic Aquatics (Baltimore, MD)

Mr. Coral (Frederick, MD)

I've visited a few others but that's all that come to mind ;)

I've gotten several sweet pieces through trades and purchases from WAMAS/CMAS Board members alike.
